FOOD - SURF & TURF BRAZIL STYLE

Mornings begin with breakfast served on the patio where guests can enjoy the sea breeze and watch the waves break before heading out to surf. Breakfast includes a fresh, tropical, all-you-can-eat buffet with regional Brazilian goodies and fruits, and of course, strong black coffee. (On days with very early departures for surf lessons, snack packages may be offered instead of a complete breakfast.)

Delicious and reasonably priced lunch and dinner options are available at one of the many restaurants in town. Head to the main street for a huge variety of outdoor cafes and restaurants. There's everything from traditional Brazilian fare to fine French cuisine and excellent pizzas - and you'll enjoy excellent seafood during our Brazil surf camp.

Expect to pay around $10 USD for a traditional Brazilian meal of rice, beans, chicken/fish/meat and salad, and $15-30 USD for other meals. After dinner you can finish off with an ice cream or crepe from one of the many stands. Then it's time to hit the bars! For a relaxing evening, there are countless small bars where you can drink a cold beer or a caipirinha. For those into dancing there are several good clubs, and if you want to really experience the local culture you can head to the beach to dance forró (a popular dance in the region) with the locals.

Whatever you choose to do, rest assured that the evenings during our Brazil surf camp will be almost as memorable as the days.
